Daniel Woods has been involved in the funeral industry for over 20 years.  He has a remarkable track record and builds instant rapport and trust with the families both he and his teams look after in the South West Slopes and Riverina Districts.  He is on the board of the National Funeral Director's Association (NFDA).  Daniel has four girls from ages 4 to 29 years of age, to keep him him on his toes.

Bill Atchison is well known in the Grenfell and Young communities and has been with Penrose Funerals for over 10 years following a career in the NSW Ambulance. As is often the case in a small business, Bill wears many hats. He can be seen setting up for a funeral in the morning, only to be followed by a quick ‘superman’ change into his suit; or greeting guests as they sign the memorial book at a funeral service.

Georgia Corbett It is likely Georgia’s friendly voice that will greet you when you telephone us or call in. Georgia is a local girl who finished her secondary education at Hennessy Catholic College in Young. She is excited to be learning new skills and has now completed her Certificate III in Business. Georgia is motivated and passionate when it comes to helping people in the local community as well as our families. She is involved with meeting families and making funeral arrangements, an aspect which she finds extremely rewarding.

Janelle Eastlake originally from Melbourne, Janelle came to Young to raise a family in a rural setting. She was looking for a new career that allowed her to make a difference and really help people. This led to her joining the team at Penrose Funerals. Janelle is involved with meeting families and making arrangements to conduct funerals - a role she finds most rewarding. Janelle is also involved in organising monumental work for families.

Shaun Rolfe has grown up a local and enjoys the small town atmosphere. He is also a local Firefighter and has always enjoyed helping people. Looking for a change, he joined the Penrose Funerals team to primarily take on monumental work but is now assisting with conducting funeral services from setting up through to greeting guests at a funeral.

Annette Parr has been a local for some time now and she loves the relaxed, country lifestyle. Annette works with Penrose Funerals as a funeral celebrant; offering customised services that appropriately reflect individual values and beliefs. Annette offers a calmness which many families appreciate during what can be a very challenging time and we are lucky to have her as a part of our team.
